Gaji
In the city center of Malmö you can find a bar called Gaji which in korean means “branch”. Gaji is an extension of the restaurant Namu started by Jenny Walldén, a Swedish TV chef, and Jonas Walldén. In 2023 Gaji opened with Mårten Svenberg as bar manager. I had the opportunity to be a part of the developing stage and create branding material such as logo, menu, color palette and coasters. Everything was designed with Namu in mind. Making sure they have a connection between each other while also being unique and fit the vibe of a modern bar where Korea meets Sweden.
